In The Mix

Klokk & Legars took some time to select their favorites from the last months. Tracks they are fond of, tracks with soul and a solid beat, tracks that the regulars of Loop parties were the craziest about. It goes like this.

DART // Give In

Legars' 30 minutes composition for contemporary dance piece Give In by the mesmerizing and reckless members of DART premieres tonight at Artus Budapest Dance Theatre. A second show will follow at POSZT Festival in Pécs on June 15, and the start of the new season will bring new dates in Budapest and elsewhere. Stay tuned!

Mainstream for the Ones - Underground for the Masses

Legars' little work for Koncertblog "Best of 2015" podcast shakes up the notions of underground and mainstream music: finding the right way between them is just a question of point of view. Their separation is fictional because all elements of different genres are interlinked in one way or another, they might appear at any moment in any style.

This idea was the starting point of the mix you will hear now.

"It was a real challenge because I hardly listen proper pop music every day. Still, I was up to the brief, there was a plus in it because it confronted me to yet unanswered questions."
